Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy covers cancellations and refunds for paid services booked through A2 Motivation. Exact terms for a specific engagement are confirmed in writing before payment.
Cancelling a booked session
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed recording session, contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling is generally accommodated where notice is given ahead of the scheduled date; late cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover reserved studio time.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on how much work has already been completed on your engagement at the time of cancellation — for example, if production has already begun. Specific refund terms are confirmed as part of the agreement before any payment is made.
